How to declare?

Note related to the hazardous mixture notifications to the Belgian Poison Centre

Notifications of mixtures considered hazardous due to their health and physical effects can be made to the Belgian Poison Centre via the e-delivery system of the ECHA NCP portal. This by using the IUCLID format in accordance with Annex VIII of Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/542. More information via https://poisoncentres.echa.europa.eu/en/home

The fees to be paid for the notifications remain unchanged.

I. NOTIFICATIONS TO THE BELGIAN POISON CENTRE (NATIONAL PROCEDURE)

a. Mandatory notifications:

Notification of mixtures classified as hazardous, based on the regulation (EC) No 1272/2008, because of its effects on health or because of its physical effects.

Notification of biocides.
